The CIMECH Biomass Boiler is properly designed and constructed with a Fixed-Grate Type Furnace, iron casted to provide long-term durability and reliability that will fit to various types of solid fuel.
The design of operation has been well considered to be simple and user-friendly, by minimizing the repair of moving components which is directly subjected to wear and tear due to the heat in the furnace.
To provide an efficient combustion, fuel availability and heating value has been well deliberated and studied in the design of the furnace to achieve an efficient steam-to-fuel ratio.

We locally design and fabricate the Fuel handling system in accordance with customers demand, Boiler House and Fuel Storage area as well.
